All merchandise will be shipped by the USPS either by Standard Parcel Post or Priority Flat Rate Shipping. The shipping method is chosen by the customer at checkout at the time of purchase. If there is an issue with the shipping method, please contact us by email at email@example.com. We ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed depending on USPS hours and holidays.
Exchanges & Returns
Items will only be exchanged for the identical item in another size or color if available. If a size or color option is not available, a store credit will be issued. No exceptions. It is the responsibility of the customer for the return shipping postage. If an item is returned, the item must be shipped in a way to track the package.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
No Cancellations will be made, as orders are filled as soon as they are received and payment has been processed. Refunds are only made if the item shipped is damaged in any way and the item is out of stock? We do inspect every item carely before the order ships to ensure the quality our products.
